G'Day Outback Steakhouse Empire Challenge Fans!

On behalf of Outback Steakhouse, our Outbackers, partners, shareholders and patrons, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Outback Steakhouse Empire Challenge Web Site.

This is Outback's fifth year as title sponsor of the challenge and we are once again thrilled to be involved with such a prestigious sporting event. Everyone associated with the game, including the Challenge sponsors, the New York Metropolitan area civic & business leaders, Hofstra University, and the Boomer Esiason Foundation can be proud of the roles they have played to make this a successful fundraiser for the fight against cystic fibrosis.

The Outback Steakhouse's recipe for success is simple: present a quality product in a friendly atmosphere. That is the Empire Challenge's winning formula as well. Only instead of great food in a casual atmosphere, it is New York High School football's great teams in this premier Long Island event.
