High School Football: Hills West wins Rutgers Trophy as Suffolk's top team


Suffolk County's only undefeated team in 2009 scored one more victory last night.

Half Hollow Hills West, the Long Island Class III champion with a 12-0 record, won the first Rutgers Trophy in school history. The award, voted on by coaches, was presented at the annual coaches association dinner at the Hyatt Regency Long Island in Hauppauge.
